摘要
新型免套管锥形对拉螺杆施工技术是在铝合金模板加固体系施工技术的基础上研究而来。论文以深圳市长圳公共住房及其附属工程项目为例,对该工程采用的新型免套管锥形对拉螺杆模板加固体系的构造、特点、施工工艺等方面进行了探讨,以有效解决钢筋碰撞和外观破坏问题,节约项目资源,缩短铝合金模板施工工期。
The new construction technology of conical split bolt without casing is based on the construction technology of aluminum alloy formwork reinforcement system. Taking Changzhen public housing project and its subsidiary project in Shenzhen as an example, this paper discusses the structure, characteristics and construction technology of the new bushing free tapered pull-screw formwork reinforcement system adopted in this project, so as to effectively solve the problem of reinforced collision and appearance damage, save project resources, shorten the aluminum template construction period.
