摘要 针对不规则外立面超高层建筑附着式脚手架施工技术的实际应用问题,以北京某超高层商业综合体建筑工程为例,提出了技术应用与把控的可行方法。解决了超高层建筑脚手架施工安全风险大、施工要素复杂的问题,实现了施工质量、施工效率与施工安全的充分保障。结果表明,在附着式脚手架施工中做好安装、提升与拆卸3个主要环节的把控,不仅能为超高层建筑工程的建设作业提供优质平台支持,还能实现施工安全风险的有效规避。 Aiming at the practical application of attached scaffold construction technology in super-high-rise buildings with irregular facades, taking a super-high-rise commercial complex in Beijing as an example, this paper puts forward some feasible methods of technology application and control. It solves the problems of high safety risk and complex construction elements in the scaffold construction of super high-rise buildings, and fully guarantees the construction quality, efficiency and safety. The results show that the control of the installation, lifting and dismantling of attached scaffolding can not only provide high-quality platform support for the construction of super-high-rise buildings, but also effectively avoid the construction safety risks.
