摘要
以茂名港博贺新港区东区油品码头工程平面沉箱为例,讨论滑模预制沉箱的质量控制要点,主要包括模板滑升控制和混凝土施工控制,介绍该项目采用的滑模施工工艺,并针对滑模工艺情况下混凝土典型表面缺陷的产生原因和预防方法进行分析。
Taking the plane caisson of oil wharf project in est area of Bohe new port area Maoming Port as an example, this paper discusses the key points of quality control of slip form precast caisson, mainly includes template sliding control and concrete construction control, introduces the slip form construction technology used in the project, and analyzes the causes and prevention methods of typical surface defects of concrete under the condition of slip form technology.
