摘要
燃料电池试验室是氢燃料电池、电堆、发动机、零部件研发与检测的平台,可以为氢能产业发展提供重要的科技支撑。其工程设计目前面临着项目先例少、工艺输入条件不明晰、标准法规不完善等问题。论文通过研究燃料电池试验室工艺需求和氢气特点,提出了用氢安全对策,并结合现有规范要求解决了实际工程设计问题,实现了氢燃料电池试验室的用氢安全。
The fuel cell laboratory is a platform for the research and development and testing of hydrogen fuel cells, stacks, engines and components, and can provide important scientific and technological support for the development of the hydrogen energy industry. Its engineering design is currently facing problems such as few project precedents, unclear process input conditions, and incomplete standards and regulations. In this paper, based on the research on the process requirements and hydrogen characteristics of the fuel cell laboratory, the hydrogen safety countermeasures are put forward, and the actual engineering design problems are solved in combination with the existing specifications, so as to achieve the hydrogen safety of the hydrogen fuel cell laboratory. This paper can provide design ideas and solutions for relevant engineering design.
