摘要
运用德国布鲁克S8型X射线荧光光谱仪测定了镁合金中Sr元素的含量,通过制作Sr元素X射线荧光法分析曲线,并使用Spectra Plus测试分析软件进行谱线干扰和基体效应校正。计算了方法检出限,验证了该方法的精密度和准确度,结果表明该方法测试结果稳定、准确,可以满足镁合金中Sr元素含量的快速分析检测。
The content of Sr in magnesium alloys was determined by the German Brock S8 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The X-ray fluorescence analysis curve of the Sr element was made,and the Spectra Plus test and analysis software was used to correct the spectral line interference and matrix effect.The detection limit of the method was calculated,and the precision and accuracy of the method were verified.The results show that the method is stable and accurate,which can be used for rapid determination of the Sr content in magnesium alloys.
