云天收夏色,木叶动秋声。秋风送爽,把大地装扮得五彩斑斓。在济南市新旧动能转换起步区黄河大堤北岸,270亩油葵花迎来盛花期,绿色的叶株与黄色的花瓣相映成趣,似金色波浪随风起伏。不远处,一座动能新、产业兴、生态美、居民富的现代化“新城”—济南市新旧动能转换起步区,如同向阳而开的油葵,展现出旺盛的生命力,冉冉崛起,成为黄河北岸最耀眼的一抹色彩。
