综合护理干预对急诊妇科急腹症患者疼痛、不良情绪及护理满意度的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain, negative emotions and nursing satisfaction in emergency gynecological patients with acute abdomen

目的 分析综合护理干预对急诊妇科急腹症患者疼痛、不良情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取64例妇科急腹症患者,以单双号法分为对照组和观察组,两组各32例患者。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预,两组患者均持续护理至出院。统计对比两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分以及护理满意度。结果 与护理前比,护理后两组患者VAS、HAMA评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;观察组护理满意度为96.88%,高于对照组62.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急诊妇科急腹症患者实施综合护理干预能有效减轻疼痛程度,缓解不良情绪,改善患者对护理的满意程度。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain, negative emotions and nursing satisfaction in emergency gynecological patients with acute abdomen. Methods A total of 64 patients with acute abdomen were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by odd and even number method, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Both groups were given continuous nursing until discharge. The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS), hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before nursing, the VAS and HAMA scores of the two groups significantly decreased after nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.88%, which was higher than 62.50% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency gynecological patients with acute abdomen can effectively reduce pain, relieve bad mood, and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing.
