雌激素联合乳酸杆菌治疗老年性阴道炎的效果研究

Research on the effect of estrogen combined with lactobacillus in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的 探究雌激素联合乳酸杆菌治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法 选择74例老年性阴道炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(37例)、研究组(37例)。对照组使用甲硝唑联合雌三醇乳膏治疗,研究组使用乳酸杆菌联合对照组疗法治疗。对比两组治疗前后炎性因子水平和症状积分。结果 与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血清白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白水平及分泌物异常、阴道黏膜萎缩、阴道灼痛、外阴瘙痒评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 雌激素联合乳酸杆菌治疗老年性阴道炎能够有效缓解患者机体炎症反应,改善临床症状。

Objective To explore the effect of estrogen combined with lactobacillus in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 74 patients with senile vaginitis were selected and divided into the control group(37 cases)and the study group(37 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with metronidazole combined with estriol cream,and the study group was treated with lactobacillus combined with the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors and symptom scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-a,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,abnormal secretions,vaginal mucosa atrophy,vaginal burning pain,and vulvar pruritus scores in both groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Estrogen combined with lactobacillus in the treatment of senile vaginitis can effectively relieve the inflammatory response of the body and improve the clinical symptoms.
