复合保温措施在腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者手术室护理中的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者行复合保温措施的效果。方法 选取96例腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(48例,采取传统护理)、观察组(48例,采取复合保温措施)。比较两组各项指标。结果与护理前比较,护理后两组舒适度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组;两组部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间均延长,且观察组短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组拔管、麻醉深度恢复、完全清醒时间更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者行复合保温措施能够改善凝血功能,提高舒适度,促进恢复。 Objective To study the effect of combined heat preservation measures in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 96 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(48 cases, taking traditional nursing) and observation group(48 cases, taking compound heat preservation measures). The two groups of indicators were compared. Results Compared with before nursing, the comfort scores of the two groups increased after nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group;the partial prothrombin time and thrombin time of the two groups were prolonged, and the observation group was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter extubation,deep recovery from anesthesia, and fully awake, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined heat preservation measures for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy can improve blood coagulation function, improve comfort, and promote recovery.
