摘要
目的:考察职业压力和感知到的社会支持在高校青年教师抗逆力与心理健康关系中的作用机制。方法:采用抗逆力量表、职业压力量表、社会支持量表及一般心理健康问卷对泉州地区仰恩大学、泉州师范学院两所高校的183名青年教师进行调查。调查结果表明:(1)高校青年教师的抗逆力能够显著预测其心理健康;(2)职业压力在高校青年教师的抗逆力与心理健康间起中介作用;(3)感知到的社会支持在高校青年教师的抗逆力与职业压力间起着调节作用。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of occupational pressure and perceived social support on resilience and mental health of college teachers.Methods:183 young teachers from Yang-En University and Quanzhou Normal University were investigated by questionnaire on resilience,occupational pressure,perceived so-cial support,and mental health.The results show that:(1)After controlling for gender,age,and title,the resili-ence of young college teachers can significantly predict their mental health;(2)Occupational pressure can play a mediating role between resilience and mental health of young college teachers;(3)Perceived social support plays a moderating role between resilience and occupational stress.
