从中国共产党百年奋斗史看,共同富裕及其内涵经历了从物质到精神文化再到多维度的横向拓展和纵向延伸,渐进性地推动共同富裕战略的形成。新时期共同富裕的推进,以防止返贫致贫为前提,以缩小收入差距为基础,以提升民生福祉为进路。但也应看到,我国还面临基础性分配制度体系亟待构建、“先富”带“后富”的局限及农村集体经济弱化等现实困境。为促进农民农村共同富裕,应构建和优化基础性分配制度体系、夯实集体经济基础性地位、促进带动效果全面提升。

From the 100-year struggle history of the Communist Party of China,Common Prosperity and its connotation have experienced horizontal and vertical expansion from material to spiritual and cultural to multi-dimensional,gradually promoting the strategic formation of Common Prosperity.The promotion of common prosperity in the new era is based on the premise of preventing poverty from returning to poverty,narrowing the income gap as the foundation,and improving people’s livelihood and well-being as the approach.However,it should also be noted that China is still facing practical difficulties such as the urgent need to build a basic distribution system,the limitation of“rich first”and“later rich”,and the weakening of the rural collective economy.In order to promote the common prosperity of rural farmers,it is necessary to build and optimize the basic distribution system,consolidate the basic status of the collective economy,and promote the improvement of the driving effect.
