摘要
分析了我国小城镇建设用地指标配置的现状及其存在的问题以及影响小城镇建设用地指标配置的因素 ,对小城镇可持续发展的建设用地指标配置模式进行了探索性的研究 ,提出了小城镇建设用地指标配置的总量控制模型、结构控制模型和速度控制模型 .
According to actuality and problems of constructional land index allocation in China, this paper analyse factors which affect constructional land index allocation. Based on the analysis, an exploring research is carried out on sustainable constructional land index allocation. The conclusion include totality, structure and velocity controlling models.
