Key advancements of enhanced recovery after surgery and its application in perioperative period of liver transplatation

摘要 加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)通过优化术前、术中及术后护理,提高手术患者康复的质量和速度。2020年的一项针对多个外科专业的ERAS相关的荟萃分析显示,与传统围手术期护理相比,ERAS可显著缩短患者的平均住院时间达2.35 d,减少平均医疗花费约4000元/人,同时ERAS并不增加手术相关的并发症发生率、围手术期死亡率。自1997年ERAS的概念提出以来,ERAS理念逐渐从骨科广泛推广到多个外科亚专业。
