摘要
大城镇的“知识失业”与乡村振兴背景下农村地区的人才匮乏形成了鲜明的对比,新冠肺炎疫情背景下这种矛盾更为突出,这在根本上不是由“过度教育”引起的,而是因为就业机制的不完善。两文章通过对两个村子的番茄产业发展的对比研究表明,乡村振兴需要人才来创新。因此,让大城镇“知识失业”人群转流到农村地区是缓解上述矛盾并且到达双赢有效途径,而打开这条途径的关键在于政府出台专门针对该部分人群的相关利好政策,打破现有政策对身份和创业模式单一化的限制,引导他们流向农村地区,这将改善农村人才难来难留的困境,为乡村振兴助力。
The "knowledge unemployment" in large cities and towns is in stark contrast to the lack of talent in rural areas under the background of rural revitalization, and this contradiction is more prominent in the context of the new crown epidemic, which is fundamentally not caused by "excessive education", but because of the imperfect employment mechanism.A comparative study of the development of the tomato industry in the two villages shows that rural revitalization requires talents to innovate. Therefore, allowing the "knowledge unemployed" people in large cities and towns to transfer to rural areas is an effective way to alleviate this above contradiction and reach a win-win situation, and the key to opening this path lies in the government’s introduction of relevant favorable policies specifically for this part of the population, breaking the restrictions of existing policies on the single identity and entrepreneurial model, and guiding them to rural areas, which will improve the dilemma of rural talents that are difficult to stay and help rural revitalization.
