摘要
为了研究钢纤维锈蚀对桥梁混凝土力学性能的影响规律,制备钢纤维体积为0.9%的混凝土样品,开展钢纤维锈蚀率分别为0、1.04%、2.59%、4.73%和6.57%条件下的钢纤维混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、界面粘结强度试验,研究钢纤维锈蚀率对桥梁混凝土力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:桥梁混凝土的平均抗压强度和抗拉强度均与钢纤维锈蚀率呈线性变化关系;当钢纤维锈蚀率超过2.59%时,添加钢纤维的桥梁混凝土的抗压强度低于素混凝土;钢纤维锈蚀率在0~8%之间时,桥梁混凝土的弹性模量以及界面黏结强度均与钢纤维锈蚀率呈二次抛物线减小关系。
In order to study the corrosion of steel fiber on the mechanical behavior of concrete bridges,concrete samples with steel fiber volume of 0.9%were prepared in this paper.The compressive strength,tensile strength,elastic modulus and interfacial bond strength of steel fiber concrete with steel fiber rust rate of 0,1.04%,2.59%,4.73%and 6.57%were tested,and the influence of steel fiber rust rate on mechanical properties of bridge concrete was studied.The results show that:the average compressive strength and tensile strength of bridge concrete have a linear relationship with the corrosion rate of steel fiber;when the corrosion rate of steel fiber exceeds 2.59%,the compressive strength of bridge concrete with steel fiber is lower than that of plain concrete;when the corrosion rate of steel fiber is between 0 and 8%,the elastic modulus of bridge concrete and the interface bond strength decrease with the corrosion rate of steel fiber in a quadratic parabola.
