无机防腐砂浆在不同腐蚀溶液的耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 本文研究了普通硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥和铝酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料在10%柠檬酸溶液中的耐酸腐蚀性能,及以铝酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料的体系在不同酸碱溶液中的耐酸碱腐蚀性能。结果表明:3种不同水泥的耐酸性能为高铝水泥>硫铝酸盐水泥>普通硅酸盐水泥,即铝酸盐水泥在10%柠檬酸溶液中具有优异的耐酸腐蚀性能,试块表面浆体轻微脱落,试块完整;以铝酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料的无机防腐砂浆体系,掺入适量矿粉和粉煤灰,28 d抗折与抗压强度分别为7.1 MPa、51.2 MPa,于不同酸溶液中的耐蚀系数可提高2.32%~9.88%,黏结强度可达到1.5 MPa。 In this paper,the acid corrosion resistance of ordinary Portland cement,sulphoaluminate cement and aluminate cement as cementitious materials in 10%citric acid solution was studied.The acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the system with aluminate cement as the main cementitious material in different acid and alkali solutions was discussed.The results show that the acid resistance of three different cements is high alumina cement>sulphoaluminate cement>ordinary Porland cement,that is,aluminate cement has excellent acid corrosion resistance in 10%citic acid solution,the slurry on the surface of the test block falls off slightly,and the test block is complete.Aluminate cement is used as the main cementitious material,mixed with proper amount of mineral powder and fly ash.The flexural and compressive strength at 28 d are 7.1 MPa and 51.2 MPa,respectively.The corrosion resistance cofficient in different acid solutions can be increased by 2.32%~9.88%,and the bond strength can reach 1.5 MPa.
