影响铝模混凝土表观气孔问题的主要工艺因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着建筑施工技术的发展,铝模逐渐取代木模成为了混凝土浇筑成型模板的主流方式,但在施工过程中发现,铝模虽然优点较为明显,但采用铝模成型的混凝土表面含有大量的气孔,影响表观质量,严重时影响混凝土耐久性。本文对比研究了影响铝模混凝土成型面气孔工艺方面的因素。结果表明:铝模(未经钝化处理)首次使用容易与水泥水化产物发生化学反应,产生气体;铝模混凝土使用水性脱模剂成型面质量优于使用油性脱模剂;适当地延长振捣时间以及分层浇筑、分层振捣有利混凝土气体的排出,混凝土表观成型质量较佳。 With the development of construction technology,aluminum mold has gradually replaced wood mold to become the mainstream way of concrete casting formwork.However,it is found in the construction process that although aluminum mold has obvious advantages,the surface of concrete formed by aluminum mold contains a large number of pores,which affects the apparent quality and durability of concrete in serious cases.In the paper,the factors affecting the stomatal process of concrete forming surface of aluminum mold are compared and studied.The test results show that aluminum mold(without passivation treatment)is easy to react with cement hydration products for the first time and produce gas;the quality of forming surface of aluminum mold concrete using water release agent is better than using oil release agent;appropriate extension of vibration time and layered pouring,layered vibration is advantageous to the discharge of concrete porosity,concrete apparent molding quality is better.
