摘要
为了提升装配式建筑建造管理水平,将精益建造、BIM技术应用其中,通过适用性分析,证明三者结合的合理性。在此基础上,建立基于霍尔三维模型的控制体系,引出LC-BIM的集成框架,并提出具体的实施策略,从而系统性地阐述以精益建造为理论指导、BIM为技术支撑的LC-BIM在装配式建筑中的集成机制。最后以河南省省直青年人才公寓经开苑项目为例,阐明LC-BIM在装配式建筑建造管理中减少设计浪费、保障生产供应、保证现场施工流畅度等的突出作用。
In order to improve the management level of prefabricated building construction,lean construction and BIM technology are applied,and the applicability analysis proves the rationality of the combination of the three.On this basis,this paper establishes the control system based on the Hall three-dimensional model,leads to the integrated framework of LC-BIM,and puts forward specific implementation strategies,so as to systematically explain the integration mechanism of LC-BIM in prefabricated buildings with lean construction as the theoretical guidance and BIM as the technical support.Finally,take the Henan provincial youth talent apartment jingkaiyuan project as an example to illustrate the prominent role of LC-BIM in reducing design waste,ensuring production supply,and ensuring the smoothness of on-site construction in the construction and management of prefabricated buildings.
