师范类本科院校大学生学习倦怠现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Students'Learning Burnout in Normal Colleges and Universities

大学生学习倦怠水平反映了学生学习状况和学习心理,直接影响着学校教育质量的提高和高素质人才培养。研究以西南地区三所师范类高校在校大学生为样本,通过调查分析发现,部分学生存在学习倦怠的现象,学习倦怠在性别、年级、专业上存在显著性差异(p<0.05);大学生学习倦怠及其各个维度与专业因素、自身因素、同伴因素、家庭因素、学校因素、社会因素均存在明显的相关关系(p<0.01)。通过回归分析可知,各个因素对学习倦怠水平均存在不同程度的影响,在制定解决学习倦怠问题的策略时,需要将这六个因素有机结合,形成自身、家庭、学校、社会于一体的教育网络,从而解决大学生学习倦怠问题。

The level of college students'learning burnout reflects the students'learning status and learning psychology,which directly affects the improvement of school education quality and the cultivation of high-quality talents.The study takes the undergraduates of three normal universities in the southwest as samples.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that some students have the phenomenon of learning burnout,and there are significant differences in learning burnout in terms of gender,grade and major(p<0.05);Burnout and its dimensions were significantly correlated with professional factors,self factors,peer factors,family factors,school factors,and social factors(p<0.01).Through regression analysis,it can be seen that each factor has different degrees of influence on the level of learning burnout.When formulating strategies to solve the problem of learning burnout,it is necessary to organically combine these six factors to form an educational network that integrates itself,family,school and society,so as to solve the problem of college students'learning burnout.
