一融三化四提升:课程思政视域下高校公共体育“金课”模式的构建与实践 被引量:1

摘要 遵循以学为中心的理念,充分挖掘思政元素,依据寓教于动和寓教于境的原则,建设体育“金课”,让学生爱上体育课是当前大学体育教学改革的重要方面。构建“一融三化四提升”篮球选项课教学法是一种改革创新,“一融”是指将“师生问好、动作口号、互为击掌”等课堂礼仪,将体育人物与历史等思政元素融于教学全过程,实现课程目标的融通性;“三化”是指技能教学的“动作要领口诀化”,学习过程的“示范纠错规范化”,学习情境的“争先创优团队化”。同时,以“课堂分享、学生互评、课后打卡”等多元评价方式实现教会、勤练和常赛的学校体育改革目标,从而实现“四提升”即提升学生的思想素养、提升身心素质、提升个性品质及提升其团队的协作能力。 It is an important aspect of the current college physical education reform to follow the learning centered concept,fully tap the ideological and political elements,and build the Physical Education golden class according to the principles of teaching in action and teaching in environment,so as to make students are interested in Physical Education.The construction of"one fusion,three transformations and four promotions"basketball elective course teaching method is a kind of reform and innovation.The"one fusion"refers to the classroom etiquette such as"greetings from teachers and students,action slogans and high fives for each other",and the integration of sports figures,history and other ideological and political elements into the whole teaching process,so as to achieve the compatibility of course objectives."Three modernizations"refer to the"pithy movement"of skill teaching,the"standardization of demonstration and correction"of learning process,and the"teamwork of striving for excellence"of learning situation.At the same time,the school physical education reform goals of teaching,practicing and regular competition are realized by means of multiple evaluation methods such as"classroom sharing,students'mutual evaluation and after-school punch in",so as to achieve the"four improvements",that is,to improve students'ideological quality,physical and mental quality,personality quality and their team cooperation ability.
