“新工科+新商科”背景下OBE-CDIO大数据管理与应用专业人才培养模式探索

为提高大数据管理与应用专业人才培养质量,先梳理该专业人才培养的现存问题及特征,提出在“新工科+新商科”背景下结合基于OBE-CDIO,以相关行业发展的人才需求趋势为落脚点,从人才培养方向、教学培养体系、创新人才培养路径和多元评价体系四个方面探索适合该专业的人才培养模式。

In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation of big data management and application,we firstly sort out the existing problems and characteristics of the talent cultivation of this major.We propose to combine the OBE-CDIO based on the background of"New Engineering+New Business",take the trend of talent demand of relevant industry development as the anchor point,and explore the suitable talent cultivation mode from the direction of talent cultivation,teaching and training system,innovative talent cultivation path,and multiple evaluation system.In the context of"New Engineering+New Business"and based on OBE-CDIO,we explore the talent cultivation mode suitable for this major in four aspects:talent cultivation direction,teaching cultivation system,innovative talent cultivation path and multiple evaluation system.
