出口贸易影响区域科技创新的实证研究

摘要 为深入探讨出口驱动科技创新的机制,从出口贸易对区域科技创新影响的视角,以我国31个省份作为对象进行实证分析。构建固定效应模型和工具变量模型,利用31个省份2013—2020年有关平衡面板数据检验出口贸易对我国区域科技创新的影响,并检验吸收能力和制度环境在其中的调节效应。结果表明:出口贸易有助于提升区域科技创新能力;吸收能力越强、制度环境越好的地区,其出口贸易对区域科技创新的逆向溢出效应越显著。基于此,提出推动外贸转型升级、大力培育贸易新业态新模式、完善人才政策等建议,以有效发挥出口贸易在我国区域科技创新增长和经济发展中的作用。 In order to deeply explore the mechanism of export driven scientific and technological innovation,from the perspective of the impact of export trade on regional scientific and technological innovation,31 provinces in China are taken as the objects for empirical analysis.The paper builds fixed effect model and instrumental variable model,and uses relevant balanced panel data of 31 provinces from 2013 to 2020 to test the impact of export trade on regional scientific and technological innovation,and tests the regulatory effect of absorptive capacity and institutional environment.The results show that export trade is helpful to enhance regional scientific and technological innovation capacity;the stronger the absorptive capacity and the better the institutional environment,the more significant the reverse spillover effect of export trade on regional scientific and technological innovation.Based on this,it proposes to promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade,vigorously cultivate new business forms and new models of trade,and improve talent policies,so as to effectively play the role of export trade in China’s regional scientific and technological innovation growth and economic development.
