工程变更的原因分析及变更管理要素研究:以GDYT公司为例

摘要 通过对GDYT公司工程变更原因进行分析,总结出存在的问题,通过对工程变更4要素的分析和优化,提出解决的建议,从而达到降低变更成本、提高变更效率和减少变更错误的目的。分析了工程变更中变更流程、人员组织、数据管理以及IT系统等要素的相互关系。
