110KV棒型支柱隧道窑烧成的研究与实践

摘要 110KV棒型支柱一般采用梭式窑烧成,改为隧道窑烧成后110KV棒型支柱单位吨瓷耗天然气比梭式窑降低了39.53%;电能消耗比梭式窑降低了60.76%;隧道窑温差比梭式窑的温差更低;余热利用更好,更稳定。 The 110KV post is generally fired in shuttle kiln.After the 110KV post is fired in tunnel kiln,the natural gas consumption per ton of porcelain is 39.53%lower than that in shuttle kiln;The power consumption is 60.76%lower than that of shuttle kiln;The temperature difference of tunnel kiln is lower than that of shuttle kiln;Better and more stable utilization of waste heat.
