利咽止痒方对肺气虚型变应性咽炎大鼠血清IL-1β及IL-17A水平的影响

目的利咽止痒方为导师彭顺林教授多年临床经验方,在治疗肺气虚型变应性咽炎具有明显的临床疗效,通过对大鼠进行肺气虚型变应性咽炎模型复制,检测血清水平,探讨利咽止痒方对肺气虚型变应性咽炎的作用机制。方法以肺气虚型变应性咽炎实验大鼠为研究对象,采用ELISA及HE染色法,检测大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-17A及咽黏膜病理改变。结果利咽止痒方可有效降低血清IL-1β及IL-17A水平以及咽黏膜病理改变。结论利咽止痒方可通过降低以IL-1β及IL-17A为代表的的炎症因子水平,达到对肺气虚型变应性咽炎的治疗作用,进而为该方在临床的进一步应用与推广提供理论依据。

Objective Liyanzhiyang recipe is the tutor Professor Peng Shunlin’s many years of clinical experience,which has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of lung qi deficiency allergic pharyngitis disease,through the experimental rats to make lung qi deficiency allergic pharyngitis model,to detect its serum level,to explore the mechanism of action of the pharyngeal antipruritic formula on lung qi deficiency allergic pharyngitis.Methods Taking the experimental rat model of allergic pharyngitis of lung qi deficiency as the research object,ELISA detection and HE staining method were used to detect the pathological changes of serum IL-1β,IL-17A and pharyngeal mucosa in experimental animals.Results Experiments have found that Liyanzhiyang recipe can effectively reduce serum IL-1βand IL-17A levels.Conclusion Liyanzhiyang recipe can achieve the therapeutic effect on allergic pharyngitis of lung qi deficiency by reducing the level of inflammatory factors represented by IL-1βand IL-17A,and then provide a theoretical basis for the further application and promotion of the party in the clinic.
