中西医结合疗法对口腔念珠菌病患者临床疗效的Meta分析

Meta analysis of clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with oral candidiasis

目的系统评价中西医结合对口腔念珠菌病(oral candidiasis,OC)患者的临床疗效。方法通过检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网CNKI数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、维普中文期刊服务系统等数据库中自建库至2022年1月收录的随机对照试验,收集口腔念珠菌病患者中西医结合疗法的临床随机对照试验,使用Cochrane评价手册对纳入文献进行质量评价,应用RevMan 5.4软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果Meta分析表明中西医结合疗法具有更高疗效[OR=5.41,95%CI(3.96,7.39),Z=10.60,P<0.00001]、真菌转阴率更高[OR=2.92,95%CI(1.87,4.55),Z=4.73,P<0.0001],在降低口腔疼痛评分[MD=-0.66,95%CI(-1.03,-0.29),Z=3.50,P=0.0005]上作用更显著。结论中西医结合治疗能显著提高口腔念珠菌病有效率、真菌转阴率;降低口腔疼痛评分、复发率、减少患者口腔白斑面积。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western integrated medicine on patients with oral candidiasis(OC).Methods By searching PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,CBMDISC,Wan Fang,CNKI and Weipu database,The clinical randomized controlled trials of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with oral candidiasis were collected.The Cochrane handbook was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature,Data extraction and Meta-analysis were performed by RevMan 5.4 statistical software.Results The results of a Meta-analysis showed that TCM-WM therapy has higher effective rate[OR=5.41,95%CI(3.96,7.39),Z=10.60,P<0.00001],and Increasing the negative rate of fungi[OR=2.92,95%CI(1.87,4.55),Z=4.73,P<0.0001].In reducing oral pain score[MD=-0.66,95%CI(-1.03,-0.29),Z=3.50,P=0.0005],the effect is more significant.Conclusion The treatment of oral candidiasis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment,the rate of fungus turning negative;reduce the score of oral pain,recurrence rate,and reduce the area of oral leukoplakia.
