Professor Xie Hui’s experience in treating primary tinnitus with acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation

原发性耳鸣诊疗目前缺乏具有稳定疗效的方案。中医学认为耳鸣常见证型为风热侵袭、肝火上扰、痰火郁结、气滞血瘀等,但临床耳鸣更为复杂,病机间杂。谢慧教授结合长期诊疗经验,遵从整体观指导,总结出以调节脾胃升降为基础,以散邪通窍为依托、以补益下元为支撑的治疗原则,辨证取穴治疗原发性耳鸣疗效显著,对难治性耳鸣亦有客观疗效。

The diagnosis and treatment of primary tinnitus currently lacks a regimen with stable curative effect.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the common syndromes of tinnitus are invasion of wind and heat,disturbance of liver fire,stagnation of phlegm and fire,stagnation of qi and blood stasis,etc.However,clinical tinnitus is more complicated and the pathogenesis is mixed.Professor Xie Hui combined long-term diagnosis and treatment experience,followed the guidance of the holistic view,and summed up the treatment principles based on regulating the rise and fall of the spleen and stomach,relying on dispelling pathogens and opening the orifices,and supporting the lower yuan.It also has objective curative effect on refractory tinnitus.
