角膜基质透镜移植联合角膜胶原交联术在治疗圆锥角膜中的研究进展

Progress in the treatment of keratoconus by stromal lenticular implantation combined with corneal collagen crosslinking

圆锥角膜是一种以角膜扩张为特征的进行性的角膜病变。目前cxl手术是常用的控制圆锥角膜发展的方法,但对角膜薄的患者有局限性。而随着smile的广泛开展,术中大量的角膜基质透镜被取出,角膜基质透镜移植联合cxl手术可使角膜加厚加固,控制圆锥角膜发展。本文主要是针对角膜基质微透镜移植联合cxl手术控制圆锥角膜的研究做一综述。

Keratoconus is a progressive disease characterized by corneal dilation.Currently,CXL surgery is commonly used to control the development of keratoconus,but it has limitations for patients with thin cornea.With the widespread development of SMILE,a large number of stromal lenticulars were removed,and stromal lenticular implantation combined with CXL surgery can make the cornea thicker and strengthened,and control the development of keratoconus.This article is a review on the control of keratoconus by stromal lenticular implantation combined with CXL surgery.
