摘要
提高挫折应对质量 ,增强挫折承受能力 ,必须实现挫折应对自我监控 .挫折应对自我监控包括自我监控知识、自我监控技能和自我监控体验 ,其中 ,自我监控技能分为 :注意识别、评价、计划和调节 .在挫折应对活动中 ,自我监控通过自我提问激活 ,从而对挫折应对过程 (包括预先应对、事先应对和挫折应对 )和挫折应对风格实施监控 .挫折应对自我监控可以通过相应的训练得到改善 .
It is essential to realize self monitoring of frustration coping for promoting the quality of frustration coping and strengthening frustration tolerance. Self monitoring of frustration coping includes knowledge of self monitoring, skills of self monitoring and experience of self monitoring. Skills of self monitoring consist of attention recognition, appraisal, plan and regulation. During the frustration coping, self monitoring, which is activated by self question, can monitors the course of frustration coping (which is divided into three stages: proactive coping, anticipatory coping and coping) and the style of frustration coping. Self monitoring of frustration coping can be improved by training.
