摘要
印尼境内有700多种语言,印尼政府在其境内语言功能和地位的定位等方面拥有极大的话语权和主导权。印尼语被确立为印尼唯一的国语,各民族使用的土著语言被确定为地方语言,英语、中文等6种非土著语言均被归类为外语,但是,与其他外语语种相比,英语被赋予更多的功能和更高的地位。印尼中文教育历史悠久,一直在曲折中前进,与印尼国内政治环境以及中印尼关系发展紧密关联。随着两国战略伙伴关系的建立,中文教育在印尼迎来了跨越式发展的战略机遇期,中国与印尼政府加强合作,乘势而上,结合中文在印尼的功能和地位定位,以及中文教育在印尼的发展历史、现状和存在的问题,探索国际中文教育在印尼实现本土化的实践路径,以便充分发挥中文维护中印尼友好关系的桥梁和纽带作用,服务于构建“中印尼命运共同体”的发展。
There are more than 700 languages in Indonesia where the Indonesian government dominates the functions and statuses of languages.Indonesian is established as the only national language;indigenous languages spoken by various ethnic groups are identified as local languages,and the six non-indigenous languages such as English and Chinese are classified as international languages.Among the six international languages,English is entitled to more functions and a higher status than other ones.Although Chinese education in Indonesia has a long history,it has been progressing through twists and turns,which is closely related to Indonesia’s domestic political climate and the development of the Sino-Indonesian relations.With the establishment of the strategic partnership between the two countries,Chinese education in Indonesia is experiencing a period of strategic opportunity for leapfrog development.We must strengthen the cooperation with the Indonesian government to promote international Chinese education.Based on the functions and status of Chinese,the development history of Chinese education as well as the existing situation and problems in Indonesia,we should explore the localization approaches to international Chinese education in Indonesia so as to give a full play to the role of Chinese as a bridge and bond for maintaining Sino-Indonesian friendly relations and for serving the national strategy of constructing the Sino-Indonesian community with a shared destiny.
