文莱中文教育百年发展的经验与启示 被引量:1

A Century’s Experience and Inspiration in the Evolvement of Chinese Education in Brunei

摘要 文莱是“一带一路”上典型的多种族、多元文化的伊斯兰国家,中文教育自20世纪创建至今经历了百年的发展历史。梳理文莱中文教育百年发展的经验,对准确把握地区内中文教育的一般规律和开展相关研究具有重要的启示意义。文莱的中文教育经历了建立、成长、转型、生存4个发展阶段,并最终纳入文莱国民教育体系,总体呈现出独立且稳步发展的特征。当前的中文教育虽保持着内在动力,但仍面临教育和社会层面的挑战,需进一步发挥华人华社的积极性,提高社会对于中文教育的认可度,并依托中国的发展,开展多方合作,寻求中文教育的新增长点。 Brunei is a Muslim country with a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural population that is located within the realm of China’s“Belt and Road”initiative.Since its inception in the 20th century,Brunei’s Chinese education has advanced over a century.Such a long-term experience has much enlightening significance both to a correct understanding of the general laws of Chinese education in this region and to the relevant research.The Chinese education in Brunei has progressed through four stages of development:establishment,development,transformation and survival before its integration into Brunei’s national education system,demonstrating an autonomous and stable development.Despite the fact that the current Chinese education has retained its inherent purpose,it nonetheless faces educational and societal challenges.Therefore,it is essential to fully exploit the Chinese community’s endeavors,promote the societal acceptance of Chinese education,and carry out multilateral cooperation by relying on China’s development to explore new growth stimuli for Chinese education in Brunei.
