摘要
为考察常用高压灭菌器中饱和蒸汽温度与压力的关系,采用国际上公认的安托万方程进行数据拟合。以非线性最小二乘法求解,通过误差平方和(SSE)、均方根误差(RMSE)、相关系数(R^(2))、残差来判断拟合效果的优劣,并用本公司的高压灭菌器蒸汽管路系统对最小二乘法的拟合结果进行验证,结果显示其具良好的适合性及一致性,为高压灭菌器的验证提供了参考。
The data for temperature and pressure was fitted in the internationally recognized Antoine equation to investigate the relationship between temperature and pressure of saturated steam in commonly used autoclaves.The nonlinear least square method was used to solve the problem.The quality of the fitting effect was evaluated by the sum of square of error(SSE),root mean square error(RMSE),correlation coeffictent(R^(2)),and residual in statistics.For verification,the least squares method was brought into our company's sterilizer steam pipeline system.The results showed that the fitting had good suitability and consistency.This study provides reference suggestions for the verification of autoclaves.
