摘要
光动力疗法(PDT)是一种通过光敏剂选择性浓聚于癌组织,利用特定波长的光将其激活并破坏癌组织的临床治疗技术。作为一种新的局部治疗手段,因其高度选择性、不良反应少而日益受到人们重视,目前广泛应用于各类肿瘤及皮肤病的治疗,国内外对PDT的研究也在逐渐兴起。本文就近年来PDT在消化道肿瘤领域的临床应用进行综述。
Photodynamic Therapy(PDT)is a clinical treatment technology that selectively concentrates photosensitizers on cancer tissue,activates and destroys cancer tissue with specific wavelengths of light.As a new method of local treatment,PDT has been paid more attention and is widely used in the treatment of various tumors and skin diseases because of its high selectivity and few adverse reactions.This article is to review the clinical applications of PDT in the gastrointestinal tumors in recent years.
