摘要
同振式矢量水听器的灵敏度和频率上限受其所采用的加速度传感器的尺寸和质量制约。为了提高矢量水听器的声学性能,设计了一种紧凑型三轴压电加速度计。首先,分析了矢量水听器密度和尺寸对其声学性能的影响;其次,采用剪切式结构设计了压电加速度计,其尺寸为25×25×17 mm 3,质量为49.2 g,灵敏度约为2842 mV/g@500 Hz,工作频段为10 Hz~3000 Hz,最大横向灵敏度比小于3%。最后,将其应用在球形矢量水听器中进行了测试,测试结果表明,设计的压电加速度计较双压电片加速度计,体积减小了8倍,质量减小了5倍,灵敏度提高了2倍,工作频段提高了1.2倍,适合应用在同振式矢量水听器中。
The sensitivity and maximum operation frequency of co-vibrating vector hydrophones are restricted by the size and mass of the accelerometer used.In order to improve the acoustic performance of vector hydrophones,a compact three-axis piezoelectric accelerometer is designed.Firstly,the influence of density and size on acoustic performance of vector hydrophone is analyzed.Secondly,the shear structure is used to design the accelerometer.The size of the accelerometer is 25×25×17 mm 3,the mass is 49.2 g,the sensitivity is about 2842 mV/g@500 Hz,the working frequency band is 10 Hz~3000 Hz,and the maximum lateral sensitivity ratio is less than 3%.Finally,the accelerometer is installed in a spherical vector hydrophone for testing.The test results show that,compared with dual piezoelectric plate accelerometer,the volume of the designed piezoelectric accelerometer is reduced by 8 times,the mass is reduced by 5 times,the sensitivity is increased by 2 times,the operating frequency is increased by 1.2 times,which is suitable for application in the co-vibrating vector hydrophones.
