摘要 针对目前曳引驱动乘客电梯空间承载性能差、运行效率低、能量损耗大、严重危害电梯整体使用寿命等问题,设计出一种基于三维可视化技术对曳引驱动乘客电梯空间承载性能优化的设备。采用电梯内置监控摄像头的扫描成像与计算机虚拟建模相结合的技术方法,成功得到立体三维人或物在电梯内部空间所占的空间比例大小,经由预先设定的控制算法判断此时电梯内部是否达到空间满载,再由智能终端控制系统向电梯发送相关指令控制电梯运行。技术设备性能测试表明:设备应用后可以提升电梯运行效率20%以上,可为建筑节约能耗10%;使电梯重复停靠次数始终处于可控区间。整体设备系统工作运行稳定可靠,乘坐人员满足率高,具有良好的经济效益,符合国家节能降耗的号召,为相关电梯运载技术的研究提供了一种创新性的设计思路。 Aiming at the problems of poor spatial bearing performance,low operating efficiency,high energy loss and serious harm to the overall service life of the traction driven passenger elevator,a technical equipment was designed to optimize the spatial bearing performance of the traction driven passenger elevator based on 3D visualization technology.The technical equipment mainly adopted the elevator built-in surveillance camera scanning imaging and computer virtual modeling technology method,successfully achieved the three-dimensional space proportion of people or objects in the elevator space,through the pre-set control algorithm to judge whether the elevator was full of space at that time.The intelligent terminal control system sent relevant instructions to the elevator to control the operation of the elevator.The performance test of the technical equipment shows that the application of the technical equipment can improve the operating efficiency of the elevator by more than 20%and save 10%energy consumption for the building.The number of repeated stops of the elevator is always in a controllable range.The whole equipment system works stably and reliably,the passenger satisfaction rate is high,and it has good economic benefits.It conforms to the call of national energy saving and consumption reduction,and provides an innovative design idea for the research of related elevator transportation technology.
