摘要 氢能源有轨电车系统是指采用氢燃料电池作为能量源的有轨电车车辆,所使用的氢气为绿色能源,是未来能源发展的趋势。首先通过氢能源有轨电车的应用案例,介绍车辆段/厂涉氢区域的管理、车辆氢动力系统储氢系统的安全设计,以及储氢设备检修的流程和标准,然后针对其重点的维护管理流程及要求进行工艺设计,并以佛山市高明区氢能源有轨电车项目为例,阐述氢能源有轨电车的涉氢部件检修维护应用实践,以期为后续运营维护管理提供参考。 The hydrogen energy tram system refers to the tram vehicle using hydrogen fuel cell as the energy source.The hydrogen used is a green energy,which is the trend of energy development in the future.First,through the application case of hydrogen energy tram,the management of hydrogen related areas in the depot/plant,the safety design of the hydrogen storage system of the vehicle's hydrogen power system and the maintenance process and standards of the hydrogen storage equipment were introduced.Then process design was carried out according to the key maintenance management process and requirements.Taking the hydrogen energy tram project in Gaoming District of Foshan City as an example,the application practice of hydrogen related component maintenance of hydrogen energy tram was described,so as to provide reference for subsequent operation and maintenance management.
