摘要
介绍某员工宿舍空气能热泵热水系统的故障处理技巧,在缺乏图纸和PLC程序、变频器损坏,且无法通过变频器控制面板查阅参数的情况下,通过目测和辅助工具检查、检测故障点,分析和判断故障原因,制定维修措施,并逐一排除故障,解决疑难问题。首先弄清PLC的输入、输出分配情况;再参考相关手册,了解变频器的频率给定方式,命令通道选择等技术参数;重新布线,更换绝缘老化的电缆;在水泵进、出水口增加旁通管道,当PLC、变频器、电机或水泵损坏时,打开旁通管道闸阀,作为宿舍所有房间供应热水的应急措施使用;通过变频器自学习,RS45通信频率给定和AI模拟量频率给定等一系列变频器运行调试工作,最后采用变频器的PID控制技术,解决恒压供水的关键问题,并通过优化触摸屏的设定参数,满足了宿舍的供水需求。
The troubleshooting skills of the air energy heat pump hot water system in an employee dormitory were introduced.In the absence of drawings and PLC programs,the frequency converter was damaged,and the parameters could not be viewed through the frequency converter control panel,visual inspection and auxiliary tools were used to check and detect the fault point,analyzed and judged the cause of the fault,developed maintenance measures,and eliminated the fault one by one to solve difficult problems.First,made clear the input and output distribution of PLC.Then referred to the relevant manual to understand the frequency setting mode of the inverter,command channel selection and other technical parameters.Re routed and replaced cables with aging insulation,added bypass pipes at the water pump inlet and outlet.When the PLC,frequency converter,motor or water pump was damaged,opened the gate valve of the bypass pipe as an emergency measure to supply hot water to all rooms in the dormitory.Through a series of frequency converter operation and commissioning work such as frequency converter self-learning,RS45 communication frequency setting and AI analog frequency setting,finally,the PID control technology of the frequency converter was used to solve the key problem of constant pressure water supply,and the water supply demand of the dormitory was met by optimizing the setting parameters of the touch screen.
