摘要
曳引轮作为曳引式电梯的主要受力部件,其承载着整个电梯轿厢的自重和承运重量及对重的重量。曳引轮轮槽的磨损可能造成电梯的曳引力不足,使轿厢发生异常抖动进而影响舒适感,甚至可能造成溜梯、冲顶、蹲底等安全隐患,威胁到乘梯人员生命安全。因此,从曳引轮轮槽与钢丝绳不匹配、轮槽设计与加工和钢丝绳的荷载等方面简述了引起曳引轮轮槽磨损的原因,结合检验碰到的两个曳引轮轮槽磨损案例从钢丝绳的检验、曳引轮轮槽的检验、安装自检及制动试验等方面对轮槽磨损的检验进行分析;在此基础上从曳引轮的选型、钢丝绳张力、安装调整及维护保养等方面对预防轮槽磨损的措施进行探讨,可为曳引轮轮槽磨损的检验及预防提供详实的参考。
As the main force bearing part of traction elevator,traction wheel carries the weight of the whole elevator car,carrier weight and counterweight.The wear of the traction wheel groove may cause the insufficient traction force of the elevator,make the car vibrate abnormally,and then affect the comfort,even cause hidden dangers such as sliding,roof flushing and squatting,which may threaten the life safety of passengers.Therefore,the reasons for the mismatch between the traction wheel groove and the steel wire rope,the design and processing of the wheel groove were briefly expounded,and analyzed the inspection of the wheel groove wear from the aspects of the inspection of the steel wire rope,the inspection of the wheel groove and the braking test combined with the traction wheel groove wear cases encountered in the inspection.On this basis,the preventive measures were discussed from the aspects of traction wheel selection,installation,adjustment and maintenance to provide a detailed reference for the inspection and prevention of traction wheel groove wear.
