经典阅读:新文科背景下社会学人才培养改革探析

Classic Reading:Research on the Reform of Sociological Talent Training in the Context of New Liberal Arts

新文科背景给传统的社会学专业发展既带来了挑战也带来了新的发展机遇。探索适应新环境发展需求的社会学人才培养模式一直是社会学专业的重点和难点,经典阅读是新文科背景下社会学人才培养模式改革的一大突破口和发展方向。本文总结了经典阅读在人才培养中具有的独特作用,从专业支撑引领、学科交叉融合和人才需求导向三个维度展开以经典阅读为主流的人才培养实践探索,并就经典阅读对人才培养所形成的持久影响进行思考论述,以期为新文科背景下社会学专业人才建设与教学改革提供借鉴。

The background of New Liberal Arts brings both challenges and new opportunities to the development of traditional Sociology.It has always been the focus and difficulty of Sociology major to explore the cultivation mode of sociology talents adapted to the development needs of new environment.Classic reading is a breakthrough and development direction of the reform of sociology talents cultivation mode under the background of New Liberal Arts.In this paper,the author summarizes the unique role of classic reading in talent cultivation,explores the practice of talent cultivation with classic reading as the mainstream from three dimensions of talent demand-orientation,interdisciplinary integration and professional support and guidance,and discusses the lasting influence of classic reading on talent cultivation,in order to provide reference for the construction of sociology talents and teaching reform under the background of New Liberal Arts.
