基于结构方程的大学生学习满意度分析与评价

Analysis and evaluation of college students’learning satisfaction based on Structural Equation Model

文中基于结构方程模型(Structural Equation Model,SEM),运用Amos、Python和SPSS,构建了高校教学满意度研究的概念模型,以不同年级、性别、专业的在校大学生为调查对象,运用结构方程模型、信度效度检验、描述性统计分析、差异性检验、相关性分析以及构建评价模型的方式对大学生学习满意度及其影响因素进行测度与分析,为本科高校教学水平的提升提供参考。研究发现,教师教学、学习价值等6个因子较为稳定且信度、效度良好,是影响大学生学习满意度的主要因素。

Based on the Structural Equation Model(SEM),this paper constructs a conceptual model of college teaching satisfaction using Amos、Python and SPSS.The research takes college students of different grades,genders and majors as the research objects,and it uses Structural Equation Model,reliability and validity analysis,difference test,correlation analysis,and construction of evaluation models to measure and analyze college students’learning satisfaction and influencing factors,which can provide references for the improvement of the teaching level of undergraduate colleges.The research shows that six factors including,teaching and learning values are relatively stable and have good reliability and validity,which are the main factors affecting learning satisfaction.
