“一带一路”倡议下企业“走出去”的知识产权保护

Intellectual Property Protection for Enterprises“Going Global”under the Belt and Road Initiative

在“一带一路”倡议下,企业“走出去”既面临诸多知识产权风险,也迎来新的发展机遇。中国虽然对知识产权保护愈加重视,但是企业在“走出去”的过程中仍然存在对沿线国家知识产权保护环境不甚了解、侵权与维权事件应对不足、知识产权国际合作进展缓慢等问题。在知识产权日益成为企业之间乃至国家之间竞争重要领域的这一国际大环境下,中国可以对比和借鉴其他国家海外知识产权保护的有益经验,建立政府、企业、社会三位一体的知识产权保护长效协同机制,不断加强同其他国家尤其是“一带一路”沿线国家的国际合作,为企业“走出去”提供更高水平的知识产权保护。

Under“the Belt and Road”Initiative,enterprises“going global”face many intellectual property risks,but also ushered in new development opportunities.Although China pays more and more attention to intellectual property protection,there are still some problems in the process of“going global”,such as insufficient understanding of intellectual property protection environment in countries along“the Belt and Road”,inadequate response to infringement and rights protection,and slow progress of international intellectual property cooperation.In the international environment where intellectual property is increasingly becoming an important field of competition between enterprises and even countries,China can learn from the useful experience of other countries in overseas intellectual property protection,establish a long-term coordination mechanism for intellectual property protection integrating the government,enterprises and society,and constantly strengthen international cooperation with other countries,especially countries along the Belt and Road,so as to provide a higher level of intellectual property protection for enterprises to“going global”.
