摘要
为了抑制无刷直流电机转矩脉动,实现反作用飞轮输出转矩的高精度控制,本文提出了一种基于直流侧电压调节的直接转矩控制方法。首先,建立了反作用飞轮转矩脉动模型,无刷直流电机换相转矩脉动和电流纹波是反作用飞轮转矩脉动产生的主要原因。然后,通过直接转矩控制与直流侧电压调节结合,减小换向转矩脉动与电流纹波,提高反作用飞轮的转矩输出性能。最后,对提出的方法进行实验验证,输出转矩30mN·m和50mN·m时,转矩脉动分别减小为10.63%和10.23%,实验结果表明该方法可提高反作用飞轮输出转矩性能。
In order to suppress the torque ripple and realize the high-precision control of reaction flywheel,a direct torque control method based on the DC side voltage regulation is proposed in this paper.Firstly,a torque ripple model is established.Then,the ripple is reduced,which is based on direct torque control and DC side voltage regulation,and the torque output performance is improved.Finally,the proposed method is verified through experiments.When the output torque is 30mN·m and 50mN·m,the torque ripple is reduced to 10.63%and 10.23%respectively.The experiment results show that the output torque performance of the reaction flywheel can be improved by using this method.
