摘要
聚苯硫醚(PPS)是一种高性能纤维材料,不仅具有良好的热稳定性、化学稳定性、阻燃性以及电绝缘性而且孔隙率高、比表面积大、功能化改性容易、结构可控性好,是水电解制氢槽用隔膜的替代原料之一。通过工艺参数设计,制备出PPS短纤和长丝隔膜基布,再进行热轧和磺化亲水改性处理,然后在碱性电解槽中进行运行测试。结果表明:PPS长丝隔膜的总体性能优于短纤隔膜,具有更好的研究和发展前景。
Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)is a high-performance fiber material,which not only has good thermal stability,chemical stability,flame retardancy and electrical insulation,but also has high porosity,large specific surface area,easy functional modification,good structural controllability,it is one of the alternative raw materials for diaphragms used in water electrolysis hydrogen tanks.Through the design of process parameters,PPS staple fiber and filament diaphragm basal cloth were prepared,and hot rolled and sulfonated hydrophilic modification treatment were carried out,then tested in the alkaline electrolyzer.The results showed that the overall performance of PPS filament diaphragm was better than that of staple fiber diaphragm,which had better research and development prospects.
