一百年来,中国共产党始终将农业现代化建设放在全党工作的优先位置。回溯革命、建设、改革、发展4个发展阶段,中国共产党在汇聚集体行动、使用举国机制、匹配计划与市场关系以及保持长短期目标衔接等方面积累了丰富的建设经验、取得了伟大且光荣的历史成就,形成可供整个发展中国家借鉴的推进农业现代化的4条普适性经验。展望未来,在全面建成小康社会之后,中国将以“平视世界”的高度,从“两个确保”和“四个升级”方面加快中国式农业现代化,助推中国式现代化早日实现。“两个确保”和“四个升级”分别指确保农产品供给安全、确保农村相对贫困持续缓解,以及农业生产方式、经营方式、产业体系和功能融合等4个方面的升级转型。

Over the past 100 years,the CPC has always given top priority to agricultural modernization in the work of the whole Party.Looking back on the four development stages of revolution,construction,reform and development,the CPC has accumulated rich experience and made great and glorious historical achievements in gathering collective action,using the mechanism of the whole nation,matching the relationship between plans and the market,and maintaining the connection between long and short term goals.Looking into the future,after completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,China will look at the world at a level and accelerate agricultural modernization in the aspects of“two guarantees”and“four upgrades”to help realize Chinesestyle modernization at an early date.The“two guarantees”and“four upgrades”respectively refer to the upgrading and transformation of the four aspects of ensuring the security of agricultural supply,ensuring the continuous alleviation of rural relative poverty,and the integration of agricultural production mode,operation mode,industrial system and functions.
