摘要
分析当前山东省高校科研人员科研压力现状和主要影响因素,编制“高校科研人员科研压力调查问卷”。用构成比描述压力现状,运用相关分析、Gamma检验初筛科研压力源,利用逐步累积比数logistic回归筛选主要压力源和影响因素。科研压力主要体现在科研实施、科研条件与政策支持2个维度。当前高校科研人员科研压力处于“中高偏上”水平,压力源集中在科研实施过程。学术交流科研压力、单位对科研缺乏支持、职称晋升科研压力、科研绩效评价政策、研究经费管理制度、开展科研的条件与平台、收入满意度和承担最高课题级别等因素是科研压力主要的影响因素。教育主管部门和高校应聚焦科研条件和政策支持的提升,关注科研人员的职业发展和身心健康,促进高校科研绩效的提升和教育事业的发展。
This article analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of scientific research pressure of researchers in the university.The ratio is used to describe the situation mentioned above.Correlation analysis,Gamma test and cumulative odds logistic regression are used to screen the main sources and factors of the stress.The pressure mainly results from researching implementation,conditions and policy supports.Currently,researchers pressure is at medium-high level and its main source lies in implementation,including the academic exchange pressure,lack of support for research,professional promotion pressure,evaluation and management policies,research conditions and platforms,income satisfaction and the highest level of project are main factors of the pressure.Therefore,from the point of the administrative departments and the universities,it is necessary to improve the research conditions and provide more policy support for researchers career development and physical and mental health,thus promote the universities performance of scientific research and the development of education.
