我国科技哲学学术研究的产出结构特征及趋势分析——以1991—2019年国家社科基金科技哲学学科立项为例

摘要 以1991—2019年国家社科基金科技哲学学科立项为数据源,从学科分类、项目类别、名称等多维角度进行具体统计和分析,得出我国科技哲学学术生产的结构化特征及发展趋势。科技哲学学科立项数占哲学学科立项总数的比例呈上涨趋势并趋于稳定;拥有哲学或科技哲学博士点以及哲学博士后流动站的研究机构在立项数量上居于前列;除能够集中映现研究主题“科学”和“技术”外,生态哲学、技术哲学、科学哲学、科技与社会等也是研究的热点。建议从注重理论和实践问题、加强历史和现实维度、丰富多元和特色方向、融合我国和国际视野等方面来共同构建凸显我国特色的科技哲学。 Taking the 1991-2019 projects of Philosophy of Science and Technology of National Social Science Fund of China as the data source,this paper makes statistics analysis from the perspectives of discipline classification,project categories and titles to find out the structural characteristics and development trend of the academic output of philosophy of science in China.The results show that the ratio of the number of projects of science and technology philosophy to the total number of projects in philosophy is on the rise and tends to be stable;research institutions with doctoral programs in philosophy or philosophy of science and technology and post-doctoral stations in philosophy rank first in the number of projects;in addition to“science”and“technology”,ecological philosophy,philosophy of technology,philosophy of science,technology and society are also hotspots of the researches.It is suggested to jointly build a philosophy of science and technology with Chinese characteristics,emphasizing both theoretical and practical issues,strengthening both historical and realistic dimensions,enriching both in diversity and particularity,and integrating both Chinese and international perspectives.
