居民感知视角下资源型城市转型旅游发展研究——以平顶山市为例

Transformation of Resource Based Cities to Developing Tourism in Light of Residents’Perception-Taking Pingdingshan City as an Example

随着自然资源的不断消耗,资源型城市的产业升级成为我国经济与社会发展亟待解决的问题,发展旅游是资源枯竭型城市转型的一个重要方向。目前,国内有关资源型城市转型的研究大多从经济、社会文化、环境三个角度切入,基于居民感知视角探究其在城市转型发展中的作用的研究较少。因此,在实证调研的基础上,从重要性和满意度两个层面对平顶山转型发展旅游建设内容进行细化分析,通过SPSS 24.0将21项建设内容定位在IPA分析图的继续保持、重点改善、无须优先、过度努力4个象限矩阵中,根据分析结果提出完善基础设施、开展污染治理、加强经济建设的对策建议。

Continuous consumption of natural resources has made the industrial upgrading an urgent problem to be solved for resource based cities in the economic and social development,and the development of tourism has become an important orientation.At present,domestic researches on transformation of resource based city mainly focus on three aspects:economy,social culture and environment,and few researches are done from the perspective of residents’perception and its role in the transformation.Therefore,the content of tourism construction in Pingdingshan’s transformation and development is analyzed in detail in terms of importance and satisfaction on the basis of empirical research.The 21 items of the construction content are positioned by means of SPSS 24.0 in the 4 quadrant matrix of IPA analysis chart,i.e.to be maintained,to be firstly improved,to be developed without priority,and over developed.Countermeasures and suggestions for improving infrastructure are offered in line with the result of the analysis,including improving infrastructure construction,controlling pollution,and strengthening economic construction.
