碳排放权交易对企业研发创新的影响——基于双重差分法的实证研究

摘要 在实现“碳达峰”“碳中和”的目标背景下,全国碳排放权交易市场持续推进,碳排放权交易体系是否能够推动技术创新进而实现产业升级值得研究。以双重差分法对2010—2019年碳排放交易试点地区A股上市公司相关面板数据实证分析碳排放权交易对企业技术创新水平的影响,研究表明:碳排放权交易显著促进了企业的研发投入和实用性专利增长。基于研究结论,政府应当加快推进全国碳交易市场建设,加强对企业的技术研发支持,推动实现“碳达峰”“碳中和”的绿色发展目标。 Under the background of achieving peak carbon neutrality, the national carbon emission trading market is continuously advancing, and it is worth further thinking and research whether carbon emission trading system can promote technology innovation and achieve industrial up-grading. In this paper, the impact of carbon emission trading on the level of technological innovation of enterprises is empirically analyzed based on the panel data of A-share listed companies in the pilot area of carbon emission trading from 2010 to 2019 by using the difference in differences method. The results show that carbon emission trading significantly promotes R&D investment and practical patent growth. In light of the results of the analysis, it is necessary for the government to quicken the building of the national carbon emission trading market and reinforce R&D support for enterprises so as to achieve green development in carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
