摘要
高校女教师的发展生态,不应是政治口号化的“男女平等”,需要社会全方位的建构。目前,高校女教师呈现如下发展生态:性别模糊的话语体系淹没女教师文化个性;平等发展付出的可能不止健康代价;性别自我认同与职业精神追求有所冲突;教学与科研失衡愈演愈烈;女教师发展与大学精神出现矛盾。为此,需要变革高等教育发展理念,改良高校女教师发展生态,女教师提升自我赋能力量,重塑高校女教师发展生态话语逻辑。
The development ecology for female teachers in colleges and universities should not be a mere political slogan of “gender equality”, its construction needs engagement of all parties of society. At present, the ecological development of female teachers in colleges and universities has the following characteristics. First, the cultural individuality of female teachers is submerged in the discourse system of gender ambiguity;second, the pursuit of equal development costs more than health;third, self-identity in gender is in conflict with the pursuit of professionalism;fourth, the imbalance between teaching and academic research is becoming increasingly piercing;last, conflict begins to appear between the development of female teachers and the university spirit. Therefore, it is necessary to change the concept of higher education development, improve the development ecology of female teachers in colleges and universities, help female teachers to empower themselves, and reshape the logic of ecology discourse for the development of female teachers in colleges and universities.
