摘要
通过改良的QuEChERS方法提取和分散固相萃取净化,建立了菜豆中氟吡菌酰胺及其代谢物BZM残留的高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法,并分析了氟吡菌酰胺及其代谢物在菜豆中的残留消解行为。结果表明:当菜豆样品中添加0.005~1 mg/kg的氟吡菌酰胺时,其平均回收率为91.5%~98.7%,RSD为2.3%~4.2%;BZM在菜豆中的平均回收率为90.5%~96.7%,RSD为3.3%~10.1%,表明该检测方法准确度和精密度较高,可以满足农残分析的要求;氟吡菌酰胺在菜豆上的消解半衰期为2.9 d,属于容易降解的农药。目前我国尚未对氟吡菌酰胺在菜豆上进行登记,建议加强菜豆农药登记和MRL的制定工作。
In this study,a modified DSPE method(QuEChERS)has been established for the determination of fluopyram and its metabolite BZM residues in kidney beans(Phaseolus vulgaris)by UPLC-MS/MS.In addition,the residual dissipation behavior of fluopyram and its metabolite BZM in kidney beans were analyzed through a field experiment.The results showed that at 0.005-1 mg/kg spiked levels,the average recovery of fluopyram in kidney beans was 91.5%-98.7%with RSDs of 2.3%-4.2%,and the average recovery of BZM was 90.5%-96.7%with RSDs of 3.3%-10.1%,indicating that the analytical method has high accuracy and precision,and can meet the requirement of fluopyram residue analysis.The analytical results of field trial data found the half-life of fluopyram in kidney beans was 2.9 days,which belongs to a biodegradable pesticide.At present,fluopyram in kidney beans has not been registered in China.It is recommended to strengthen the registration of pesticides and the formulation of MRL for kidney beans.
